Houston, TX, July 1, 2024 – MaloneBailey, LLP, a global, mid-market, public accounting firm based in Houston, Texas, announced today that Julia Zhang, CPA has been promoted to audit partner. In her new role as partner, Zhang will continue to lead audits and reviews for small and mid-sized public and private companies, while also assisting clients with the complexities of the IPO and De-SPAC processes. Her industry expertise spans retail, petrochemical, technology, EPC, manufacturing, and more.

Julia Zhang joined MaloneBailey in 2015 as an Audit Senior and has over 12 years of auditing and accounting experience. Prior to joining MaloneBailey, she worked as an auditor at a Houston-based CPA firm, where she developed expertise in financial auditing and regulatory compliance. She holds a Master of Public Accountancy degree from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University and a Bachelor of Science degree from Zhejiang University in China. Julia is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Texas.
Julia’s promotion is effective as of July 1, 2024.
