On July 14, 16, and 18, we partnered with Kingswood Capital Partners and Han Kun Law Offices to host a series of forums titled "Opportunities and Challenges for Chinese Companies Listing in the U.S." across Beijing, Shanghai, and Shenzhen, all of which concluded with resounding success.
The events brought together over 200 founders, CEOs, CFOs, and other key executives from companies aspiring to go public in the U.S. The forum conducted in-depth discussions on topics such as the latest market dynamics of Chinese enterprises listing in the U.S., Comparative analysis of traditional U.S. stock IPO and De-SPAC listing paths, key financial audit considerations of U.S. Listing, and the recent regulatory updates in China affecting oversea listing.
