Howie is an assurance partner responsible for providing assurance, accounting and financial consulting services to public and private companies. He has extensive experience managing Public Company Accounting Oversight Board (PCAOB) audits in the United States, many of which he led through the Initial Public Offering (IPO) process.
Prior to joining MaloneBailey in 2023, Howie served as an audit partner of Friedman LLP and Marcum Asia CPAs LLP. Through Howie’s hands-on and personalized approach to client services, he has developed and maintained strong client relationships. With his bilingual background, he has worked closely with many Chinese clients from diversified industries.
Howie obtained his Master of Business Administration degree in Accounting from Rowan University of New Jersey and Bachelor of Arts degree from Peking University.
