Houston, TX, October 21, 2013 – MaloneBailey, LLP, a market leading, public accounting firm based in Houston, Texas, has announced today that Audit Partner George Qin has been invited to speak about fraud issues in China at the Nexia 2013 Annual Conference in Shanghai, China. The conference is scheduled to take place from November 13-16 at the Marriott City Centre Shanghai.

Qin’s speech will focus on what the firm experienced when auditing U.S. listed Chinese companies. The purpose of the presentation is to raise awareness of the fraud risk in China and the importance of selecting auditors that know how to navigate the nuances and challenges of doing business in China. Qin’s speech also discusses how the discovery of fraud in China led to the development of enhanced auditing procedures.

He earned his Bachelor of Science degree from Tianjin University in Tianjin, China and his Master of Business Administration degree from Stephen F. Austin State University in Nacogdoches, Texas. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Institute of Management Accountants.
