Audit Partner George Qin addressed the audience and presented on common issues related to Chinese company audits and how to select an auditor. MaloneBailey also participated as an exhibitor at the conference.
The International PIPES Conference focuses on topics of importance to Chinese management teams interested in learning about the U.S. capital markets. A special emphasis will include reverse mergers, registered direct transactions, and other alternative finance techniques.
