マローン・ベイリー入社以前、4大監査法人（日本）に15年間在籍、監査パートナーを務めました。白鳥は1990年代半ば、米国カリフォルニア州シリコンバレーのアーサー・アンダーセンでキャリアをスタートしています。母国語は日本語ですが、米国での勤務経験15年により英語も流暢に話します。
As Audit Director, Munetaka (Mune) is responsible for acting as the liaison between the audit engagement teams and the clients to conduct audits of financial statements and other services for Japanese companies that either plan to go public via an initial public offering (IPO) or already trade on stock exchanges in the United States. MaloneBailey’s team of auditors in its Tokyo, Beijing, Shenzhen and Houston offices focus on the delivery of audit services to Japanese companies in a variety of industries including, software, medical, gaming and more. Prior to joining MaloneBailey, Mune was at a Big Four firm in Tokyo where he was for 15 years and where he served as Audit Partner. Mune started his career at Arthur Andersen & Co. in Silicon Valley, California in the United States in the mid-1990s. He is a native Japanese speaker, and he is also fluent in English due to his prior working experience in the United States.

George has extensive experience taking companies through the IPO and De-SPAC processes and has served as audit partner on many companies in the U.S., Canada, China, Japan, Europe, Hong Kong, Taiwan and Singapore that trade on Nasdaq or the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE). George works with companies of all industries, including but not limited to oil & gas, manufacturing, SPACs, cryptocurrency, high tech, commodity trading and more. As the Managing Partner of the firm, George manages both the strategic planning and day-to-day operations of the firm and acts as a face of the firm. With more than two decades of accounting, auditing and management experience under his belt, George was previously with two Big 4 accounting firms, PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP and Deloitte & Touche, LLP.

Jaddy is based in MaloneBailey’s Shenzhen office and oversees its day-to-day operations. Jaddy leads a team that focuses on conducting audits of financial statements and other assurance services, including special reports, SEC compliance, debt compliance, reviews of interim data, internal control reviews and more. Jaddy brings six years of Big 4 experience. Prior to joining MaloneBailey in 2010, Jaddy served as an Audit Manager at the Houston office of Ernst & Young LLP. While at Ernst & Young, Jaddy was successful at developing and maintaining productive working relationships with clients in a variety of industries including financial services, biotechnology, manufacturing, healthcare and construction.
