Houston, TX, October 26, 2015 – MaloneBailey, LLP, a global public accounting firm based in Houston, Texas, has announced that Annie Yan, Certified Public Accountant (CPA) has joined the firm as an Audit Manager. Yan’s main focus will be planning and supervising audits and reviews for small and mid-size public and private companies spanning multiple industry lines including manufacturing, education, oil and gas and marine transportation. Yan will also participate in the firm’s internal training programs.
Yan brings extensive experience to the table as it relates to auditing and reviewing client’s financial statements. She re-joins MaloneBailey from Ernst & Young LLP in Houston where she spent three years as an Audit Senior. Yan joined MaloneBailey for the first time in 2010 as an Audit Staff.

Yan received her Master of Science in Accounting from Stephen F. Austin State University in Nacogdoches, Texas as well as her Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Central South University in Changsha, China. She is also a Certified Public Accountant in the state of Texas.
